Our chefs are always inspired by seasonal ingredients. As a supplement to our regular menu, we therefore offer the following seasonal dishes. They are only on the menu for a very short period of time, so do not hesitate to try them.
For lunch and dinner
A whole fish on the plate, served with browned butter, fresh herbs and new small potatoes.
Steamed white asparagus with a classic hollandaise and sea-boiled, hand-peeled shrimps.
GAZPACHO MADE OF GREEN PEAS
Cold soup made from fresh green peas with semidried tomatoes, cucumber and a smoked cream cheese.
Crispy chicken breast stuffed with garlic butter, ham, and buffalo mozzarella. Served with a green salad.
EKSTRA COLD "KOLDSKÅL"
You could call it a linguistic pleonasm, but here it refers to a creamy ice cream made from buttermilk served with fresh berries, ice-cold strawberry “soup” and crispy oatmeal.
